Answer: We can haul off just about anything you can throw away. (except hazardous materials of course) Here are a few of the items we can take away:

Question: How are your services priced?
Answer: Our junk removal prices are by the amount of junk, trash, and debris you want removed. We will not nickel and dime you by the hour.
Question: Is the price based on the amount of room taken within the truck?
Answer: We base our junk removal fees on Cubic foot of space taken within our truck.
Question: Can you give me a complete junk removal cost over the phone? or can I view your fees on the internet?
Answer: Most Companies do not want to quote over the phone nor do most publish their rates on the internet. With all of the correct information and an accurate detail given to 1-800-Mr-Junker we would be more than happy to quote a job over the phone, and yes, we do publish our fees on the internet.
Question: Do I need an appointment?
Answer: Having a set appointment ensures 1800Mr Junker will be able to schedule your pickup on the day and time that works for you. Contact us as soon as you know you need our services because our schedule fills up quickly.
Question: Do I need to be there on location?
Answer: Customers should be on site when our driver arrives however if other arrangements are necessary just let us know and we can work with you.
Question: Where does my junk go?
Answer: Well it depends on what it is. Some goes to the dump and some may go to our warehouse. We also try to recycle when and what is possible.
Question: Is your company fully insured? Also, are your employees insured if damages should happen to occur?
Answer: 1-800-Mr-Junker and all of its employees are fully insured, if asked in advance, we will forward a copy of our insurance binder to your office for your review. We screen every employee with an in depth background check prior to being hired. Your safety and peace of mind is paramount to the owners of our family run company.
Question: Will one of your supervising Managers from your company be present at my home or office to supervise every moment of the project to completion?
Answer: 1-800-Mr-Junker Always has an Manager on site, supervising the project to completion and we strive exceptionally hard to meet your total satisfaction requirements.
Question: Do you work after hours and weekends?
Answer: Contact us and we will schedule a day and time that works for you. It is unsafe for us to do jobs when it is dark but call and we can make special arrangements.
Question: Can you move my junk to another location for me?
Answer: We are not licensed to carry items for the purpose of moving them. Our truck is a "junk" truck. We can only haul away items you no longer need. We have moving companies we can recommend for that, just ask us.
Question: When you go through my home or office how do you plan on protect my carpets or flooring from getting soiled?
Answer: If requested, 1-800-Mr-Junker would be more than happy to help protect your floors and carpet from soiling with our specially designed flooring protection guard at no additional fee.
Question: Will you come to my home or office even on Saturdays at no additional charge?
Answer: 1-800-Mr-Junker will work till 6:00 pm, six days a week at no additional charge to the customer.
Question: What is prohibited?
Answer: Hazardous chemicals, oils, solvents, paints, fertilizers, etc
